I thoroughly enjoyed the show Tuesday night. My friend who accompanied me is really a purist re pan as he sells, tunes and teaches pan. He is not so much a jazz fan as he is pan man. He tuned Andre’s pan for the performance so he was listening for all sorts of other things than just jazz but we both thought it was a good performance.
I am pleased to see the younger performers team up with the older experienced guys. Andre though he looks perpetually 17 is fairly seasoned but compared to Ebe he is a youngster. I know he enjoyed the experience and the challenge. Angela
